Mike leads the construction support side of LayerEight, overseeing daily operations including engineering, project execution, safety and personnel. Having started in the field as a linesperson at a young age, Mike brings real-world experience and leadership to every project. His hands-on background ensures that every job is approached with precision, accountability and a deep understanding of the work.
